What We Are Looking For
Strategic partnerships with public and private actors, aiming to promote the development of student housing solutions. To achieve this, we base ourselves on two main points: strategic location and construction capacity adapted to market needs.
We prioritize the location of accommodation units, ensuring that they are located in areas with a high number of students, over 10,000, and with easy access to universities and academic centers. The ideal proximity to the residences is up to 15 minutes on foot or by public transport, ensuring students convenience and accessibility, which contributes to a better quality of life and academic experience.
Student housing projects must have a minimum capacity of 200 beds, ensuring the scale necessary to optimize profitability. This capability allows for more effective operational management that ensures the viability and sustainability of projects over time.
